If a consult exceeds 60 mins the on day fee will be $357.55/ $327.55 concession with a rebate of $207.90.
Review (20 mins) $170 with concession fee of $140 and rebate of $87.10
Cancellation fee of $100 applies to any non attendance and may be applied to cancellations <24hrs notice.
